Payment

After your commission is accepted, a 40% non-refundable down payment is needed to be paid in full. P0lterrFursuits accepts PAYPAL ONLY. 

The following 60% of payment must be paid within 4 weeks. The costume will not be started until it is paid in full.

 

Concept Art

A reference sheet with at least two sides, a front and back view, is necessary. If you do not have a reference sheet and only have pictures of your character, we will work with you to create a full reference sheet for a discounted fee. Polterr will create a 2 sided reference of your characters head for no charge. This will be what the suits head will be based on.   

 

Deadlines

Deadlines can never be guaranteed but will be taken into consideration. The faster the suit is paid in full, the sooner it can be started + finished. 

 

Allergy Warning

P0lterrSuits works in a house with cats.

 

Age Requirement

P0lterrSuits will work with commissioners who are 15 years or older.

Pictures and Video

P0lterrSuits has the right to post pictures and videos of any creation. Commissioners also hold this right.
